John Crabill

John Crabill is the Head of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Culver's, where he leads the development and execution of food safety and quality systems across a national, franchised restaurant network. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2019 to 2025, overseeing domestic and international supplier food safety, quality performance, and risk mitigation strategies. His career also includes leadership roles in supplier food safety at Walmart, as well as experience managing food safety, quality, and regulatory affairs within the infant formula industry. John brings extensive domestic and international experience across restaurant, retail, and manufacturing sectors, with a focus on building practical, scalable systems that strengthen food safety culture and operational execution.
