Dan Kish

Dan Kish brings over 40 years of culinary expertise to his mission of making exceptional food more accessible. A founding member of Smart Batch™, he helps emerging and legacy brands scale while preserving what makes them unique. Previously, Kish spent more than a decade at Panera Bread (2005–2017) as SVP of Food, VP of Food, and Director of Product Development. He played a central role in shaping the café menu and led efforts to promote clean ingredients and greater transparency across the food system.
